TRAFFIC OFFICERS

Directions given by traffic officers take precedence over all other sign, signals or pavement markings.
You may be signaled to drive through a red light for example, or stop at a green light.

Traffic officers may include police and fire, highway workers and school crossing guards.

Hot tip: If a Police Officer is in the middle of an intersection directing traffic, and he has his back to you, that means you must STOP.
